The renovation of the the historic Goldblatt Building into DePaul Center was completed through a close collaboration between the City of Chicago and DePaul University. The long-vacant structure now houses DePaul academic, administrative and student support space, as well as administrative offices for the City of Chicago and retail space with Jackson, State and Van Buren street frontages.
