Vice President, Project Management
Kate Smith has over 22 years of experience as a registered Professional Engineer. She has worked on many types of projects, including industrial, commercial, institutional, aviation, civil, and land development. Her experience encompasses the perspectives on the Owner, Design/Builder, general contractor, and subcontractor. Prior to working with IPM, Kate consulted with and worked for a number of development and consulting firms in the real estate and construction industry.
She is a graduate of University of Illinois with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and also has a Masters of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
